2 Can I have another color except Black?

Yes, we can make another color to meet your requirements.

3 Is it possible to make the customized buckle according to my request?

OEM&ODM is available ,including special buckle style ,color ,logo ,packing…

4 How long does your lead time take?

Normally, we’ll deliver your order in 7-10 days after confirmation, it may differ to your order volume.

5 What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the quantity and the season you place the order.

6 Can I get samples?

It is our great honor to offer you samples .New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost ,while the samples are free ,this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

7 When can I get your quotation?

Usually quote you within 24hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call or mail us.

8 How does your factory do to quality control?

Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end. Our factory has RHOS,REACH authentication.

9 What payment terms do you accept?
